23/1/2022 0 Comentarios #PatrimonioCiuLGTBIQ: Entrevista a la Oficina de Diversidad Sexogenérica de la Unidad de Diversidad e Inclusión de la UCMEl Área de Diversidad Sexogenérica de la Unidad de Diversidad e Inclusión (UCMd+I) de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid cuya coordinadora es Melanni Penna Tosso, tiene como objetivo trabajar de forma integral en el ámbito universitario con el colectivo LGBTI+: personas lesbianas, gais, bisexuales, trans, intersex, etc. Surge como un proyecto totalmente pionero en 2016, es la primera oficina de este tipo que aparece en el entorno universitario nacional y que consta con más oficinas destinadas a otras temáticas tales como la de diversidad sociocultural, diversidad funcional y la de aprendizaje-servicio. Junto a otras universidades como las de Granada, Zaragoza o Valencia son un ejemplo cada vez más extendido. Uno de los objetivos clave es dar visibilidad Para ello, cuentan con diversos recursos, puestos a total disposición de la comunidad universitaria (estudiantes, PAS, PDI). Proporcionan orientación, asesoramiento y atención personalizada, tanto en el Campus de Moncloa como en el de Somosaguas. Con nuestra entrevista hemos podido conocer de primera mano recursos como el Protocolo de Gestión Académica de la Identidad de Género, el Protocolo para la prevención, detección y actuación ante situaciones de acoso sexual, acoso por razón de sexo (sexista) y acoso por orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género de la UCM, el acompañamiento en procedimientos administrativos, la realizacion de informes para el Registro Civil, la orientación para trabajos académicos o la atención socioeducativa. Asimismo, colaboran y organizan campañas de concienciación a través de jornadas, seminarios y distintas actividades de sensibilización; entre las entidades con las que colaboran dentro del ámbito universitario de la UCM destacan: Arcópoli, RQTR, Xti, Imfsa Complutense-Grupo Scorsa y la Delegación Central de Estudiantes. También a nivel externo de esta Universidad colaboran con el Área LGBTI de la CAM y Apoyo Positivo.
